Lederer, Nojima, Tagliaferro & LoPresti, LLP have handled various auto v. pedestrian cases. It is unfortunate when a motorist flees the scene because this criminal action is unnecessary as most of these types of accidents can often be compensated monetarily through the insurance. Motorists have a greater responsibility when on the road and must always give right of way to a pedestrian regardless of whether on a crosswalk. Our firm has been able to obtain a large monetary settlement amounts for our clients who were seriously injured even when a police report identifies the pedestrian partially at fault because there are many other factors to consider. Please contact our office for a free consultation regarding any personal injury incident that has occurred to you or someone you know.
